Hello dear villagers, we are your organization tutorial!
Our main task is to organize all events and celebrations that affect the student village. So far, we have been involved in the dorm Olympics, but we have also organized our own events such as barbecues.
We are also responsible for renting out the reading room and the pavilion, both of which can be used for your private events.
New ideas for events in the student village are very welcome!
The best way to reach us is via our email address: orga@dorfgoe.de
Here is some important information regarding the reading room
The reading room can be rented for private parties and events by student village residents. Please email us at orga@dorfgoe.de three weeks before your party with the time (start and end of your event) and ask if the reading room is available. You must sign a contract before using the reading room. The total rental fee for the room is €100, of which €80 is a deposit. Please bring the money in cash. The room is equipped with refrigerators and a music system, among other things, which can be used. After your party, the room must be clean and undamaged, and if this is the case, you will get your deposit back. We will lock and unlock the room for you, so you will not receive any keys!!
Would you like to become an organization tutor in the student village yourself?
If you enjoy organizing a variety of events, are reliable, and like meeting new people, then the Orga-Tutorium is the right place for you. Depending on how many events are scheduled each month, the time commitment is approximately 5 hours, but this may vary.
As an Orga tutor, you will gain exciting insights into the self-administration of the student village and participate in one of the most important tutorials! For your efforts, you will receive 26 euros per month, which will be transferred at the end of the semester. Furthermore, if you serve for two semesters, your residence in the village will be extended by two semesters. Have we piqued your interest? Then send an email to the election committee and introduce yourself briefly. We look forward to hearing from you!
