wir sind Lena und Sugam, eure Integrationstutoren hier im Studentendorf für das Wintersemester 2022/23 and Sommersemester 23. Während dieser schwierigen Zeit der Pandemie stehen wir euch gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wenn ihr in Quarantäne seid und Hilfe benötigt, spezielle Fragen zum Leben und Studieren in Göttingen und im Dorf habt oder einfach nur jemanden zum Reden braucht, wir sind für euch da. Wer wir sind: Wir sind eure Integrationstutoren, Teil der studentischen Selbstverwaltung des Studentendorfs Göttingen. Gleichzeitig sind wir aber auch Studierende genau wie Du und wurden von den internationalen Studierenden des Dorfes als ehrenamtliche Vertretung gewählt.

Was wir tun: Da unser Studentendorf das Zuhause einer vielfältigen Zahl an Studierenden aus unterschiedlichen Teilen der Welt ist, ist es uns wichtig sicherzustellen, dass ihr euch willkommen fühlt. Dazu sind wir Ansprechpersonen für mögliche Fragen; bieten ein offenes Ohr für eure Anliegen und im Falle eines Konflikts können wir vermitteln; schaffen mit kostenlosen Veranstaltungen im Semester Gelegenheiten eure Mitbewohner/Innen und Nachbarn/Innen besser kennenzulernen und neue Freunde zu finden, sodass sich alle wohlfühlen, ob zugezogen oder heimisch. 

Gerne sind wir offen für Vorschläge und Ideen für Events, die ihr gerne von uns umgesetzt sehen möchtet.

Who we are: We are the integration tutors working as part of the student self-administration of the student village Göttingen. We are students just like you and were elected as voluntary representatives by international students living in the village.

What we do: As our village is made up of diverse people from different countries all over the world, it is important to ensure that we help you feel welcomed by answering any question you might have; being there for any possible concerns, or mediating in conflicts; providing opportunities to get to know your flatmates, neighbors and also finding new friends through free events organized during the semester all in a bid to ensure that you are very comfortable and have a home away from home.

We are also open to your ideas on what you would like to see in events organized by the integration tutorial.
