The Integration Tutorial:
As the village is made up of diverse people from different parts all over the world, it is important to ensure that the tutors help you feel welcomed by answering any question you might have; being there for any possible concerns, or mediating in conflicts; providing opportunities to get to know your flatmates, neighbours and also finding new friends through free events organised during the semester all in a bid to make sure that you are very comfortable and have a way away from home.
The tutorial is run by two international tutors, students just like you and who were elected as voluntary representatives by international students living in the village. In case there are not enough international students to vote for, local students can become elected tutors after two elections as well.
The term is for two semesters but one can take part for one semester as well.
The tutors get 26 Euros/month reimbursement and two semesters of additional living time.
Apart from that, the tasks include taking part in regular meetings of the student self-administration and the village meetings. To stay in touch with you, additionally the tutors check the email and social media inboxes as well as manage the messenger groups regularly.
Election:

Das Integrationstutorium:
Im Studentendorf wohnen Studierende aus allen Teilen der Welt und die Tutoren heißen sie willkommen, indem sie sich um die Beantwortung aller Fragen kümmern; Ansprechpartner für jegliche Belange sind oder bei möglichen Konflikten vermitteln; Möglichkeiten schaffen, Mitbewohner und Nachbarn kennenzulernen sowie neue Freunde zu finden durch die Organisation kostenloser Events während der Semester, damit sich alle gut aufgehoben fühlen und ein zweites Zuhause finden können.
Das Tutorium setzt sich aus zwei internationalen studentischen Tutoren zusammen, die als freiwillige Vertretung von den internationalen Studierenden im Dorf gewählt werden. Für den Fall, dass sich nicht genug internationale Studierende zur Wahl aufstellen, können sich auch hiesige Studierende nach zwei Wahlen wählen lassen.
Die Amtszeit beträgt zwei Semester, man kann sich aber auch nur für ein Semester aufstellen lassen.
Die Aufwandsentschädigung beträgt 26 Euro/Monat und zwei Semester mehr Wohnzeit.
Die Aufgaben beinhalten außerdem die Teilnahme an den regelmäßigen Treffen der Studentischen Selbstverwaltung und den Dorfversammlungen. Um mit dem Dorf in Kontakt zu bleiben, werden zusätzlich sowohl die E-Mail- und Social-Media Accounts gecheckt, als auch die Messenger Gruppen regelmäßig im Blick gehalten.
